In the historical correspondence of the Tessitura there is an order from 1934 from the parish priest of St. Eufemia in Giudecca, who wanted 25 meters, in the same color as the fabric of the Salute, to adorn the columns of the church [Source: Historical archive section 1905-1945, correspondence, letter 1194\/1].
